Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Ticket Purchases:
- All ticket sales are final. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
- Please ensure that you have selected the correct event and ticket type before completing your purchase.
2. Event Cancellation:
- In the unlikely event that QueenBs has to cancel an event, we will notify all ticket holders via email as soon as possible.
- If the event is canceled by QueenBs, a full refund of the ticket price will be processed automatically to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Please note that any additional charges (such as platform fees, processing fees, or GST) may not be refundable, depending on the policies of the payment processor.
3. Event Postponement:
- If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your original ticket will still be valid for the new date.
- If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the postponement notification to request a refund.
4. No-Show Policy:
- No refunds will be issued for ticket holders who do not attend the event without prior notification of cancellation or request for a refund in the case of a rescheduled event.
5. Stall Bookings:
- Stall booking deposits are non-refundable.
- If you wish to cancel your stall booking, please notify us in writing at least 14 days prior to the event date. Any cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will forfeit any payments made.
6. Force Majeure:
- QueenBs is not responsible for any refunds or compensation in case of event cancellation or postponement due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or governmental restrictions.
