- Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. The available shipping methods for your location will be displayed at checkout.
- Shipping Locations: Currently, we ship to addresses within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Delivery Timeframes:
- Estimated Delivery: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Typically, standard shipping within India takes 5-7 business days.
- Delayed Deliveries: Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or courier issues. QueenBs is not liable for any delays caused by such external factors.

- Lost Packages: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the courier service to locate your package.
4. Address Changes:
- Change of Address: If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately. Address changes can only be made before the order has been shipped.
- Incorrect Addresses: QueenBs is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
